- Richard Hooper will made in
1697 and probated in 1698. In addition to the testator, the document mentions Andrew and Anthony
Hooper. The decedent was a resident of the parish of St. Enoder, County of Cornwall, in England.
- Bond of Joan Hooper, 1699 - administratrix of John
Hooper, of St. Stephens in Branwell. Joann, Joan, Jone, or Joanne Hooper was the widow of the late
John Hooper. She was to inventory the estate of the decedent and present the record at the
Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall the next January. Witnesses were Rebecca and Andrew Hooper.
- Will of Joan Hooper, 1702 naming brother Andrew Hooper
and cousin Anthony Hooper as her executors. A daughter, unnamed, is also mentioned. Alice Hooper
was a witness.
- 1797 Bond of widow Ann Hooper for administration on
Walter Hooper's estate. Also named in the bond is Andrew Hooper.
- John Hooper will of 1803 naming his widow Grace, son
James & daughter Ann Vivian.
- Benjamin Hooper 1805 will, probated 1806, naming sons
John, Joseph, and Richard. "Beloved wife" is mentioned but not named.
- John Hooper's 1809 will makes his sons Philip, Edward,
and Robin Hooper as executors, mentions but does not name the wife, and mentions grandson John, and
daughters Elizabeth, Cathern [Catherine?], Flerance [Florence?], and Jane.
- Widow Ann Hooper's 1818 administration was by her sons
Richard and William Hooper, farmers."
