Cover, accrued pension of Jesse Hooper

This site contains scanned images of the cover of the application for payment of the accrued pension. Pages were scanned at 300 dpi resolution.

	The ledger sized outer cover had been folded into four parts. The adjacent reproduction is the single exterior surface which had writing. The paper evidently was thin, for cross-wise writing from the interior side is visible in the photocopy. Cropping and adjustments to the scanning brightness diminished the shadows from the obverse.

The inside of the cover (above right) has a large top and bottom margin, with writing crossing the middle half of the sheet. Writing is perpendicular to the writing on the opposite side. To reduce the size of the image, blank portions were cropped.
