Invent etc Obligation
John Hooper Intestate

Latin preamble

The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above bounden Joann
Hooper the Relict and Administratrix of all and singular the Goods Chattels
and Creditts of John Hooper late of St Stephens decd doe make or cause to be
made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattels and
Creditts of the said decd which have or that come to the hands pofton of
knowledge of the said Joann Hooper or into the hands or pofion of any other
pfon or pfons for her and the fame ... made doe Exhibit or caufe to be
Exhibited into the Registry of the said Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall att
or before the last day of January next enfuing  And the fame Goods Chattels
and Creditts of the said decd att the time of his death which att any time
after shall come to the hands or pofion of the said Joanne Hooper or into
the hands or pofion of any other pfon or pfons for her doe well and truly
Administer according to Lawe and further doe make or caufe to be made the
true and Just account of her said Administration att or before the last day
of March next enfuing  And all the reft and refidue of the said Goods
Chattels and Creditts which shall be found .........ing upon the said
Administratrix's ....... the same being first Examined and Allowed of the
Judge or Judges.... the time being of the said   ..... shall deliver and pay
or cause to be delivered and paid unto such pfon or pfons ........ as the
said Judge or Judges by his or theire decree or ...... ...... to the .....
intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliament made in the two and twentieth
and three and twentieth Yeare of the Raigne of our late Sovereign Lord King
Charles the Second Intitled and act for the better settling of Intestate
Estates shall .... and appoint and if it shall hereafter appeare that any
last will and testament was made by the said decd and the Executor or
Executx therein named doe Exhibit the same into the said Courte making
request to have it allowed and approved accordingly If the said Joanne
Hooper abovebounden being there .... required doe render and deliver the
said Letters of Administration of such Testament being first had and made in
the said Courte then this pfent Obligation to be void and of none effect
otherwise to ..... and be in full forme and be ....
